v6 throttle body on let

as above guys, i have a custom inlet but need some help connecting up the vacuum pipes on the new throttle body

on the let tb, there is only 3 take offs.

on the v6 tb there is 4

could anyone show me where they go?

2 of them are water pipes (bottom 2 together) then a breather which goes to the fpr then the top thick pipe which geos to the ICV

where do the water ones connect into?
