1.4sr head on 1.2i

my brother has a corsa 1.2i and i have a 1.4sr head with cam and that. can i put the head on the 1.2 block but use the inlet from the 1.2i

yeah you can, god knows what the cr will do.

check the measurement from the outside of the inlet valve to the outside of the exh valve to make sure they would fit down the bore

the port shape might be different

do the later engines have any extra sensors on the head.... i know the mpi ones do

all 1400 carbed heads have the same crappy ports as the 1.2i heads...

I'd wager there being absolutely shag all difference in the heads.. The cam will make a tiny diffrence though.
