Amanda's Miami Blue Nova

Hi all, this is not any major project but its what i have done to my daily driver. It started life as a standard 1.2carb mk2 nova merit that only had 21000 miles on the clock. I acquired the car from my generous grandparents costing me a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of plonk lol Which i thought was pretty wicked! Sorry can`t put pics on yet
What we've dun so far is-
*Welded new rear wheel arch
*Fitted fk coilovers
*2ltr front brakes
*Full peco exhaust system with 4 branch manifold
*And a set of mk4 astra alloys painted black with a colour coded rim which looked good until we put them on the car lol :d now not so sure.
Will hopefully get pics on soon.

yea got plenty of plans, we`ve got a fiberglass gsi front bumper and side skirts that need painting, somthing with the interior but not decided yet, different wheels, and also thinking bike carbs just for a bit more power and noise out of the 1.2 :)

heres it last year since then i have replaced the whole interior gisdash cobra monnacos digidash etc havnt been able to get any new pics of the car because its in the garrage

Ahhh very nice :) i got black wheels but wasnt to sure they suited, but yours looks quite nice. Debating what to do for my interior tho. Being a girl and all, wanted something not to manly lol. But nothing stupid like pink n fluffy :D cus it would be gay obviously. will put a recent pic up soon of what it looks like with its wheels for a larff :) ... yours looks good tho very nice :)

GSI is girly, or get some of the blue stiped SRI stuff.

well to be honnest the black wheels in person look rubish so i am gonna get them powder coated in anthrcite or gray (sorry about spelling) and when i find a good gsi front bumper i am gonna get bumpers side skirts done black or anthrcite also if you are going to put a gsi black dash in i would put the gsi interior in front and back seats and doorcards shelf supports and shelf kickpannels etc because it stands out far to much if not try and find some blue antibes interior because it looks nice lol Dave

gsi/sr/sri interior is your pretty standard step up, anything else is custom frames etc. Unless you go for something retrimmed which would be a lot of money.

edit: if burgo is a friend though, I'm sure the frames can be "burgo'd" :d

Burgo is my other halfs brother other half being the one with the astra derv project lol, so yes im pretty much alright if i ask pretty please. :) have another friend into custom building and he is very impressive so shouldnt be too hard for me to do with some help lol. At the moment Burgo and sam my other half have broken down coming back from picking up that nova shell that was on ebay, so my cam belt has gone off to save them lol :P

I'd say use a grey dash & interior as its less black & manly as you put it. A really cool mod would be to get a set of SRi seats from the continent in the greeny colur zipper trim. We only got them in Blue & Red.

No your pictures fine really nice car and silver really does go, we did get some alloys similer to them ones which i really would love to put on but they need some refurbishment.

I did look at the colour scheme on the link you sent but they wernt seats lol, were they ment to be the sun visors? Or is that the color scheme you said about, i do quite like the pattern :) already have a grey interer so would be easy, just so much grey lol!

I really fancy the idea of white or silver comps now tho :)

why not get the dash flocked. it's cool and fluffy for the girly approach but also hard core rally boys use it.

i have it in mine and its ace, no sun glare off the dash and you can alsoget it in any colour you want.

there's the link to my project with pictures on the first page of the dash flocked. as said, comes in all sorts of colours. i work at a place that does it and even rexy and greame dixon have had stuff done and could vouch for the work.

4 of these just a bit of minor refurbishment and slimer tyres and painted white. Very excited!!!! can now replace them colour coordinated wheels, any takers?

sadly the comps we got were a fail :( so now have very wide comps for sale if interested lol.

Not all is a fail tho after going pv i have found i am quite liking cesaros... so guess what we brought :D

will still be white and on for billing deffo!

This now leaves my beautiful unique set of wheels for sale, so if u like summin different and are feeling brave to try drive round with them on your car pm me :D
