To be fair to the BNP bloke, the Asian kids did attempt to intimidate him by facing up to him.

I think he was right in what he did...
We have tons of asians lads around Oldham that think they are ten men and GANGSTAZ!
Get 1 on their own and they either run, mouth off then run or try to fight and get a knife out because they can't fight.
I know alot of asian lads now and stuff through my mate and it's only the young ones like them 3 that give asians a bad rep.
You talk to any 25+ asian person and they are usually pretty level headed.
I'm not voting for BNP btw lol.

Normally I'd agree mostly but years ago if a youth spat at an elder(regardless of race) they'd have got that same treatment

To be fair to him, if it was anything but BNP everyone would have different views on it, he was confronted because of his views which although controversial are his to hold. If that was a conservative representative and white kids he'd be respected as showing the youths of today a lesson!

Yes, we don't see enough of the build up to truly judge. He defiantly does ask if they're robbers but what was said before that we'll never know

Exactly. Whilst we didn't see a huge amount of the build up to the fight, he deliberately asked a provocative question. Not only that but politicians should be above scrapping in public to make their points, spat at or not.
think the clip is quality, good to see them takin a kicking. why should he stand and be spat on, shame he never caught the guy square in the face at 28 seconds, that would have learnt him his lesson.

I think its a bit sad that things like this need to happen...whatever he called them spitting in somones face is asking for a reaction! I dont doubt he wanted a reaction but still....very very poor on both sides of the story!

yep, when i worked in my local a yoof spat at my manager. i would of been over the bar before he got out the door but i was quite tipsy and we had low cupboards above = 1 knocked out draper on the floor behind the bar lol

OT: Tired of all these youths walking around thinking there the next tupac on the street or what ever. They knew who the BNP were and shouldnt of talked to them, because they know what the BNP stand for or belive in.
Example am a staight bloke (i think lol) i wouldnt go into a gay bar. Now i have any "digs"at gays or anything like that i just wouldnt want to be that close to one when i know me and them have different back grounds and belives.
So you know what i stay away from them bars, and the kids should of stayed away from BNP. As for them getting there head kicked in far play although kicking them on the ground is a naughty in my book. Hit them if they drop walk away or wait for them to get back up and knock them down again :)

That may be, but what they should have done was risen above it. Made an amusing or suitably condescending reply and walked off. Instead, they've just proven themselves to be aggressive young thugs who went out looking for a fight, which is exactly what the BNP rant on about them being; so they've played right into their hands and given the BNP a raison d'etre.
If it were a bunch of white English lads who got punchy at the candidate, it would have been far more damaging for the BNP.

i have always been amazed at why british kids listen to some american bloke listing his possessions, and what he does to ladies, and they think......thats it, i'm going to become some hard gangsta and ride with my homies on the 27 bus........ there is nothing in american gang culture that fits with british life.... we don't all have guns.... we live in a piss poor rainy island, we are way better educated than the average american, but they still do it. as for pride in our nation, just wait for the world cup... the george flags will be out in force. it is no longer considered racist to put one up,
i for one am proud of being british, even though britain now is not the same as britain in 1945..... the war debt to america caused the breakup of our empire, which is the real reason hitler was after us, we did run most of the world in 1939, all empire nations could only trade internationally via london, but by 1945 we were ruined financially & it took 60 years to pay it off..
Hitler idolized the British, he wanted to be in cohorts with us. Hence why he buttered up old Neville, who came back in 1937 thinking the sun shone out his backside lol
