Damm it, was really hopeing to get it written off... Oh well.
Because the bellend assesor wouldnt give me a new quarter the repair bill only came to £2600 cock. So... I get £2090 as a cheque payment due to the vat being taken off that.
Hopefully this will be paid pretty much straight away within a few weeks and i can hopefully get myself a cbr 600 with the spare cash :D

I dont want the claim being thrown out, so 2090 in my pocket is better than nothing. Massive ballache like but hey I can step away from the evo now and get a new hobby.

Ahhh, out of sight out of mind if it saves them money then lol Still a bit crap as it would surely damage its resale value and it wasn't your fault so should be fixed for you!
I have a few options tbh, for now im concentrating on getting my bike lience sorted and passed.

This is insurance we are talking about.. They jib out of paying anything. I bet they call around asking for samples so they have Tea bags in the call centres! lol
