right i went to tax my car online but cannot find my documents

my x girlfriend "CANT FIND THEM"

is there any other way of taxing it without the documents?

could i go to the dvla? i cannot find the new owners slip either

he is trying to deal with a female that no longer likes him.... thus it would be less trouble to unicycle backwards to swansea to get a new one

That may be possible with proof if ID, etc they can be quite helpful, I have found, might be worth ringing first;)

isn't that the point of this thread? lol

Assuming you don't have a reminder document, you'd need the V5. If you go to the DVLA office and get a new one, if they give it to you there and then you can get the tax at the same time (thats if you have the MOT and insurance certificate)

I blamed my ex for taking mine with her for my old hatch when she left... found it 6 months on whilst looking for the V5 for my Saloon haha

I kept hers for her Saxo vtr

i have the mot slip and insurance docs, my closest dvla office is about an hour away so i think im gonna have to do that
