Petrol Tank Air locking!

Nearly finished my latest Nova, just a few little bits to sort out, but when filling petrol it keeps coughing back up. took ages to put a fiver in.
I fitted a GSi tank and the overflow/breather pipe is fitted but cannot figure out why this is happening!
Every single item on the shell was fitted by me so i know it's not anything obvious.
Any ideas? :o

well there wasn't when fitted a few weeks ago :?
I don't know....just have to check again i suppose!

might be kinked, this happened to me, i also found part of the old filler cap in the downpipe when i changed the tank, wondered why it took a long while to fill it up :?
