The condition of the cylinder walls in the first image would suggest its been recently rebuilt, or atleast honed?

ive got the same engine same problem!! is it sorted yet? ive got oil pressure according to the dash gauge. timing mark on bottom pulley is a little cutout, i found out tdc is a little point that sticks out at about 1 o clockish
