Moving Stereo Forward

Hi any got any ideas of what to make a new stereo surround out of as i have a mk1 nova and am getting a flip up screen but as you all know it hits on the lip so i am moving the stereo forward any1 got dimensions or know how to make a new fascia/surround?? I am planning on carbon fibre but obviously i want to get it right first time so any1 know dimensions or how to measure it best??

a bit of 18mm mdf would be fairly close, and it is quite strong & machinable

Ripspeed ones are fine.

If its a ripspeed, then it will be fine.
