track rod ends

i tried to change these today did the locking nut, and the nut that holds it i9n the hub .but i cant get the track rod end off.i held a spanner on the flat part of the rack but i cant twist it off any 1 know a way to get them off????????????hn

spray loads of WD40 on em....get well rusted on

could try heating is slightly - see if that will free it.
