In the middle of a college assignment and all of a sudden its started moving down two lines instead of one when i press enter :confused:

what have i pressed, any ideas?? im a bit of a tard when it comes to Word

What word are you using?

on 2007, the line spacing button is in the paragraph box, on the right of the text aligning buttons

2003, only just done it though :confused: so must have pressed sumat accidentally

It'll be line spacing as said above. Iirc on 2003, try highlighting it all and right click then format text and lower the size
