im sure they are about a quid lol, get a condensor whilst your there. the little flat head screws can be fidderly. get yourself a haynes manual and you will need a set of feeler guages

most motor factors will stock the items you require, from memory gcs3000 (unipart part number) is the part you require for no more than a few ££ i will check tomorrow morn and edit my post if i am wrong :)
