Pic request: rear arch repair

I've seen a few pics in member's project threads but I forgot to save them!

As for the inner arch (s**t shield?) what do people do about that if there is some rust where it meets the arch?

One more question, is this part (http://www.carz2.co.uk/6220506-nova-rear-wheel-arch-p-6342.html) same as this arch (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-NOVA-REAR-ARCH-NEW-BOTH-AVAILABLE-/330429000253?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cef1a6a3d) or smaller repair section?

you would make up the inner side out of plate or old panels.

I'd appreciate it if someone can answer my question above about the difference between the 2 wheel arches.
