stupid i know but i cant rememberlol
and are there two different types because mine dosent seem to fit, its oversized?

No a xe one i think, as the late xe one has a a dick like bit that hangs off the rear.. Just an early one and tuck the sensor some where safe.

lol there only the one size not sure whats goin on with yours
that's off a v6. I had one on mine, will fit with work.

What are what called? the black rubber thing? If so, it's an 'elbow'. Air intake elbow or along the lines of

Yea well thats what i guessed but cant find any on ebay etc:(
From the look of it, it might be off a 1.6 16v. Sure i have the right one in the garage, its missing the dick bit tho.

Looks huge, and surely if its a xe one it's design to fit on the afm...
Yes that black elbow piece is indeed a V6 item, same as whats on mine now.

I just figured i needed one of these because their is a sensor that plugs in it..
havn't tried it directly onto the afm i think the air filter mite catch or get in the way?

You dont need the sensor in the tubing, you can have it just sitting in the bay.
I ran mine for over a year with it in the bay.
I think it would look nicer with out the black bit of tube in there too.

hmmmm im guna have a play with it tomorrow and if i cant make it fit ill just join it straight to the afm then if itll be ok:)
