cutting out

i have a 1.2 16v corsa b and the engine keeps cutting out once the engine has reached its normal operating temperature and then won't start again until it has cooled down although when it has reached temperature and i am on the motorway for example the engine won't cut out until i take it out of gear, can anyone help please on my problem, i have already changed the idle control valve as i thought it was this but the problem is still there :(
