Been tidying up my HD and put all things i didnt want seen in one folder and clicked hide folder, well guess what now i cant find it!

I know where i hid it but how do I view it?

Found them but why be able to hide folders if even the owner cant see them!

You can hide important files, such as bank details and system files to stop other/little people finding them and using/deleting the files!

Ben, do you use a different login to your other half? if so, just deny her permission to view the folder as well as its contents, and name the file something obscure like System.
