useless pr.ick that was driving the car towing the trailer didnt comprhend the fact that braking when the trailer starts to fishtail is the wrong thing to do sh.it himself and turned round and went home
now got a deposit for the engine off some german bloke thats coming for it wednesday with £1300 :thumb: cant complain

not going to spend £1k+ on a engine as iv been offered one for less
if some one has one il happily pay £700ish as i want one like now!

Where on earth did you find one for that price?

I'm being told silly money for one's that I've seen for sale. At the end of the day it's a 16 year old engine. Half of them aren't even standard or even that healthy.

They'd be going for around £600 from spares places if there were any (and don't say that's why they're pricey coz there's not many around).

there that price because people pay it. i paid 600 for my first which is still going strong and 900 for the second.

I could've got a VXR engine for the price that people want for a C'LET. Just think it's a bit silly with all things considered.
