a 1.4 carb-1.4 injection

i am wodering if this is possaible and how much work would be needed reason only 1.4 is to keep my insurance down is it worth it or should i not bother

surely carb engine better than injection one anyway? spose it depends what your lookin for really, carb engines are easier to work on IMO
