fault code 72 on my c20xe

i know its some thing to do with the throttle
72 Throttle Switch (TS) - full load contact High voltage - Full load switch not running

why would this come on all of a sudden
also other day i had 44 Oxygen sensor Air/fuel mixture too lean (weak)
and 93 Hall Effect Switch (HES) Low voltage any ideas why these come up i cleared the codes they aint come back on yet

got earth from gearbox to chassis and one from alternator to battery

got earth from gearbox to chassis and one from alternator to battery
You should have,gearbox to chassis,alternator to fuel rail,plus 2 blacks to the fuel rail which you cant get wrong lol,also there is your Nova loom earth to the chassis where the gearbox one goes.Only the battery earth-firewall should be on the -terminal on the battery

checked all earths today there all fine cleared codes again was fine for about 2 miles then light came on then off then on off on off
