have worked out what the hell this is, in max pooer this month there is an article exposing a loophole in speeding tickets if you don't sign the ticket they can't do you. a case has already been put forward an won if this is'nt what the post is about then i'm stumped!

well now they have exposed that to the nation that's another loophole that wont be there for very long isnt it... they will just change the law again.

iv known about this for a while, they wait 4 your confirmation back. othwerwise they cant prove you actually got it, things get lost in the mail.

only thing they could do is send a copper round ya house to give you another copy, but as ther always low on resources (apparently) they never bother.
i know somebody who works in this department for the police and thev said its very rare they ever chase anybody up ovr it
