You can get nylon ones from ebay iirc.

Have been NLS for a couple of years IIRC

Yep nylon ones from LMF Vauxhall. Improves the linkage feel too, win win.

The rubber part is basically a fat rubber ring/washer, so may be able to find something suitable elsewhere?
