rear brakes conversion

iv got a 1989 1.2 nova and am planning on eventually swapping the engine for a 2ltr, but befor i do that i want to prep the car for the higher bhp.
does anyone know if there is a rear disc conversion? Do any other rear disc setups work on the nova?

jack, it is only a cosmetic mod..... it adds nothing to the braking effort
