i gonna buy a set of tsw venoms and i wanna know if 15 with 195/45/15s will catch on the body of the car. ive had the inch lip on the rear arches grinded off will it still catch for any reason and mark my lovely new alloys?

no m8, you'll be fine, mine rubbed b4 i had the inner arch removed

I did the same with EVO R'S with 195/45/15 and they dont rub at all - lowered 45mm aswell.
