Yoko's & Toyo's suck IMO.

Goodyears & Uniroyal rainsports are good. esp considering how much wet weather we encounter in UK.

Tbh tyres are very mujch a personal preference thing, the grippiest isnt always the best. They will let go less progressively & might prove to be less fun to drive with.

But getting a set of Toyo's at a good price wouldnt make a bad choice for in all honesty. I got 4 Uniroyal rainsports in that size for £190 fitted locally (got the wheels collected & dropped off even) So was quite happy.

i think i might get the toyo's pal, i see a matt black c20let nova down thurrock and i parked next to him in mine, got out had look at it and checked out his tyres and he had toyo's t1r's so im guessing theyve got to be good

thanks pal

They are cheap & widely available, not to mention TOYO market them pretty well.

Out of the two, i think the Yokos are a softer tyre aswell... However, this might be the other way around! Or complete irrelevant/wrong!

Kuhmo KU31's FTMFW!

KU31's are ace. beautifully progressive when pissing about at the limits.

Kuhmo KU31's FTMFW!

What he said, T1R's have a reputation among chavs as being, wikkid init, for some reason when they're utter toss and try to kill you on roundabouts. I have tried both, T1R's were worse than the budget federal directionals that came on my wheels (actually surprisingly good tbh) but the kumho's were like night and day to them, it pushed the boundaries of my car far beyond what you can do safely on a public road.
