cams ffs

i have 3 sets of cams
1.standard 2.0xe
2.piper 270 2.0xe
3.newman 2.0xe
the dizzy ends all look the same apart from the piper set having a ball bearing in it. i thought dizzy ones and coil pack ones were different:confused:

The two cams that look like they have a screw thread in the end should fit both engines (the thread holds the cam sensor plate bolt)
Hence why the dizzy std cam doesnt have the thread.

The ball bearing is something to do with restricting oil supply.
