1.5d to 1.5td conversion

ive just bought a 1.5td engine from a corsa to convert my nova

how much will i have to change and which parts will i keep the same or is it just a complete change?


and also i got a Mondeo inter-cooler with it will this be any good?

If its a mk3 mondeo intercooler then its good for around 160bhp.

That's an odd shaped one to fit to a nova lol. Thinking about it, they're the same cooler as they fit to the Focus ST, so the cooler is good for much more power than that.

Think the engines a straight swap mate you will need a different front pipe though IIRC also if your planning on tuning it id do the 'ring' mod on the pump whilst its out as it will be easier to access.:thumb:
