One noise i do like is the GM V6 (X25 & 26 motors) when you just tap the limiter, they make the little "ding" noise like a microwave, an when you turn them off about 10 seconds laters they go "paaaaaaaaaaah" lol lol

Its funny, I think cars like that lambo just sound broken. Its just a screechy, raspy noise that I hear. Yet a thumpy V8 sounds like a proper engine should.

I love the audi R8 soundtrack, I've driven one on on a trackday and at only 4.2 litres it a baby V8, it is a lovely sounding engine and a wonderfull car to drive.
