urgent help needed

trying to fit a cig lighter to my mk1, and i cant frikin find the cig loom!! i have the glovebox out, heater things and everything out and i still cant see it, also how the hell are you supposed to fit a screwdriver to get at the side screws for the dash!!

can anyone help me?

it attaches to the back of the hazard switch doesn't it?

nah dont think so there was nowhere to attach to

i had this in 1 of my first novas i couldnt find the loom/plug any where, although it is easy enough to wire up your self

the fag lighter should have its own small loom & connect onto the main loom near the hazard...... they were an option, and only the later ones got the loom with all the extra bits on

Why dont you link it off the Stereo?

thats what I did, just drop an in line fuse in there and your laughing.

Unless of course your building a concourse spec one.

by the book, you simply find an ignition positive off fuse 18

i see so there isnt actually one there, great, lol yeh i could have done u just wanted to do it properly, im proberly going to make a little connecter block coming off the clocks wires, to cig ligher
