You can use a Corsda or Tigra ';wet' rack, the track rods need shortening to your MOT testers liking. Custom pipework from a hydraulic specialist & a pump from the likes of a Saxo VTR/S & a fluid reservoir, though these pumps are pants & have a bulky built in reservoir bottle in some cases.
My whole kit is for sale also.
I did post a youtube vid of it working.

why don't you like the epas? i got given an epas rack the other week and i'm fitting it with a controller to adjust firmness to how i like it. if you don't like the feeling of epas i can get you controller made up ;)
Theres currently a complete genuine HHMS PAS rack/coloumn for sale elsewhere on the net for £300, an a HHMS PAS pump for £50 IIRC?
