Is it possible to swap the gearbox with the c20xe engine in situe? i currently have a recon f16 box with LSD fitted to the car, and wishing to remove it as the car is up for sale. Have an F20 to go in, but really dont want to have to go down the route of removing the complete engine as its only just gone in lol.

yes you can change the box with the engine in place iirc

need to lower the engine though

Yeah no worries without dropping the whole lot out, you could even just swap the clusters & leave the casing bolted to the mounts I believe...

Yes it is, just lean the engine down, remove the pass tie bar.

yup undo the 2 gear box mounts and the tie bar and yake iy out through the passanger arch

As for the f16 let_nova, i will possibly be having it for sale soon... not sure about price, open to offers...
