taperd shafts

is there anyone running or has run taperd shafts, with a C20XE

the thing is i already have a full 16v GTE

how much am i looking at to get them machined down and how much needs to come off :?:

yeah i snapped 2 of them. dont bother, get some nova gte shafts, and use mk2 cav 1.6 (big block) inner cvs they will match the shafts and f20 box

If you go onto MIG www.migweb.co.uk and PM Brian_S, a while back he made a load of mounts and was selling them for about ?18 a set.

I think it was him anyway!

I run more power throught my tapered shafts than IAN ever did and they are lasting just fine (touch wood). Rick

Don't worry rick - i'll put money on u snapping them soon - I don't mean 2 sound negative but I've seen standard 2.0 16V novas snap shafts
U may have 2 invest in heavy duty shafts (which I've not seen snap yet) sooner than u think !!!!
