Painting over waxoil/underseal brush on

Can you paint over the above with rattle can paint or will the paint flake off. Otherwise i will have to take it off again

You can spray over it but it reacts like fukk and goes horrible,i painted about 4 coats of white over some before and it just looked nicotine stained white lol

Yes,but it wont go white,Black would be ok lol
Seriously though,paint does take to it,just massively affects the colour
