Tyre Pressures!!!!

Can anybody give me an idea of what the best tyre pressures would be for my car, it?s a 1400cc sri, the suspension spec is as follows:

?Bilstien nova cup Dampners all round with courtenay 40 mill lowering springs
?Vectra 5 spoke 6 j alloys with 195/45/15 Goodyear eagle F1 rubber
?Rear roll cage with harness bar and diagonal no seats but a false floor, and front sparco strut brace

At the moment I am running 25 lbf/in2 in the front and 23 lbf/in2 in the rear but the steering feels a bit too light when banking into corners hard. The car has just had the tracking set to 0, and although I know I can add toe out to give better turn in I don?t want to wreck the high speed stability. So what pressures does everybody else find good?

with those profile tyres you should havbe more presure than that, more like 28-30psi, but that will make it even lighter

no because it is fixed, i was looking into getting a setup that had adjustable camber and castor, but i thought it would be unnecessary as its only lowered 35mm.

so long as my pressure guage stays at 28 - 31 i leave em alone.

i used to use 28 but found the outer edges of tyres wearing fatser slightly because i have had my suspension setup so u can go faster round bends (negative camber?)

so i run 31 wen i can be bothered to get the pump out

I always wonder what the pressure of my tyres should be cos of running bigger wheels etc etc so i just do em all to 30 PSI whatever! :lol:

i run 30 psi all round on 195/45/16 tyres, pain in the arse is ive got a slow puncture on the front left which needs sorting, im down the bloody petrol station to check it evry week now!
