Linz like i said in the emails darlin' - GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!
If this aint the first time its happened your body aint shutting everything down for no reason > trust me on this, sooner or later you are gonna have to see the doctor about this and you're much better off seeing him on your own terms than when you dont wake back up again, of if it happens one day when you are driving or something.
GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!

i know he does as he memorised my address
Did something similar only it was my right shoulder and I was lifting a big long steel pole when I fell down a 8ft gap onboard a container ship (Actually thats not even close to being similar!!)...
..sorry got sidetracked - long and short of it was that I tore some shoulder muscles and had to have physio and a couple of weeks off work.

NO not worth it would have been if it was more serious.
I did this this time last year as the offices in here have no air con

Linz telling me what i want to hear wont work as i know all the names of the tests etc that they have to do to you which you would know if you went to the doctor. :D
and as for me memorising your address, i have your office and home numbers memorised too... but i am a good lad and never used em did i
Not my fault you never thought about that when you emailed me your CV through to see what i think of it for that job you applied for.

the union has a legal temperature for working conditions coz it was too cold once in the winter and we got sent home but they dont do anything about how hot it is as air con costs them money. Even tho our turn over is 114 million per annum

lmfao - i didnt memorise it and become a stalker linz, i've never been anywhere near Newcastle in my life, I didnt memorise it deliberately anyway, it just kinda stuck in my head > i remember numbers and adresses all the time, but never remember postcodes which always annoys me.

Linz you have had a week off sick and then in your first week back at work mid week you black out, if you take a couple of hours off the following day to see the doctor they cant complain - if they do you get the union rep involved coz its legally not allowed.
GO AND SEE THE DOCTOR!!!
You dont think its serious coz you have put up with it for years, but the very fact its been happening for years > added to that the problem with your eye and it could be something VERY serious.
SEE THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!
see the dr :!: dont make me come up there

plus a few years from now you'll prob get back problems because you didn't go to the docs!
if you can't get an appointment you can have mine it's at 10.15 tomorrow morning, but you'll have to travel quite along way!

23-04-03, 04:07 PM
linz come on - you gotta see the doc about it...
The Human body is not a microsoft product and as such does not behave strangely, shutting down all none essential systems for no reason. If thats happening IT IS SERIOUS. Even if it only needs some pills to sort out, you gotta go and find out.

i am greatfull for all your concern but i am not gonna put myslef out over this as i am trying to make a good impression at work at the minute and concentrating on my driving. People say health comes first well not in my case as it used to happen all the time when i was younger as i didnt eat properly not they have gradually went away as i said the last one was this time last year so i am not worrying
here comes my best big brother speach!!
even if we don't agree with it we'll have to respect your decision as you are the only that can make yourself go. we have advised the action we think sutable but the ultimate decision is up to you.
thank you for your time!

appologies if anyone has said this already, I couldn't be arsed reading the whole post!
Does the company you work for have any info on posters or anything about correct ways to lift heavy objects??? If so, you may have a hard time trying to sue them for any cash.
I dont agree with suing left right and center for things. If you are ok now and the people at work were good to you why would you want to sue them? This whole thing about suing everytime something goes wrong is a farce. If I hurt myself at work, generally it would be my own fault for not following guidelines, I could probably turn round and still try suing, but I dont think it is right and I wouldn't do it.
If on the other hand I was left in a condition where I could no longer work or was suffering for a prolonged period of time then I think some form of compensation should be dished out.

There not all over the place but the printer was in a danerous place and health and safety have moved it as they were suprised it hadnt happened before so thats just admitting it in my eyes
they should have done a moving and handling course which is required in any work place where u are lifting things. and its up 2 the employer to give u this training.
