Sorry the pic is so small!

Here sits my GSi, before I (or we- Cheers Ben) ripped the dying 1.6 lump from the bay.
Its now sat in a lock up awaitng a engine bay spray, and the valver replacement (1.6)
HOPEFULLY be ready for the Summer!

Thanks Tilly, jatinder, anton & elsey!
The front is wonky (not really noticable) due to bonnet lifters, making the bonnet uneven and a CRAP grille from PMC which I have binned for a standard GM item.

I have loads of pics, but they are the same sixe (pretty big!) here's one of the interior!

My head is half the Size of yours! You need a massive head to go with that lanky body!

Cheers people, I will have it going soon!

OMG!!! :o
Looking at that picture is just like looking out the window and my silver GSi with dark metallic grey 16" softstars that's sitting on my drive, the main difference being that I've kept the original GM grille and mirrors, my skirts are sprayed in the same grey metallic as the wheels as are the B pillars.

I'll see if I can find some pictures of it, if not then I may go clean it and take some.

Gotta say it looks nice 'cos mine looks very similar!!!

2 valve caps sounds like some1 with a push bike has had them!!

Jules
24-04-03, 04:32 PM
LOL!! I'm gonna go hunting for kids on BMX's with 2 chrome valve caps then (They came free with a magazine anyway...).
Actually looking at that comment it makes me out to some kind of paedophile - think I'll just put the black plastic ones back on instead...

Cheers - needs a quick visit to the bodyshop to be honest, a few car park scrapes need sorting and a ickle bit of rust halfway up passenger door also need sorting out. Probably won't get done before the shows this year as I'm in the process of buying a house (?97,000!!) and the car has to take a bit of a back seat for the moment :(
