Turbo bolts

When bolting the turbo on to my let engine,is there 4 or 5 bolts that are allen key head thats go across the top

isn't there 8-10 13MM bolts? or isn't he talking about the exhaust manifold lol

there should be 7 along the top and 6 along the bottom iirc
