spraying bumpers

going to be spraying my bumpers and handles etc in the next week.
Whats the best, and quickest way of doing it?
Also, matt black or gloss black or other?
Car is a white mk2?
Painting alloys too... Colour opinions on them?

Satin black works for me on bumpers.

get them steam cleaned, rub them down with thinners, then use bumper primer. i used some good bumper paint and sprayed loads of coats on as it was thin as wee, then left them out in the sun for a few hours to bake.

now im torn! I love the look of nick js old one! But satin would mean i could paint my alloys anthracite... But if i went gloss, my alloys would have to be aswell! Argh!
