Has any one ever tried a kit like this before

Looks good if a little pricey (if it turns out to be poundland spec!!) Frosts sell a similar kit IIRC.

You could take a massive amount of bolts to a professional platers and have them done for that much!!

Maybe he wants to zinc plate everything metal in his nova? now which would work out cheaper? lol

its only as good as the preparation!

For the best finish they need to be polished before hand to get a smoother finish

all i want is to stop them going rusty, just want a factory finsh bolt !

oo point then, you'll strip the zinc off as soon as you bolt them in because the thread will now be wider than the bolt

Take them to a platers and have them done? Or buy new ones? Still wont be £50 i bet
