1.6 cav inner cv aftermarket part numbers?

As per title, where's the best place to get them from nowadays? anyone got some aftermarket part numbers? i seem to remember there being a thread, i've searched but couldn't find it. Thanks all!

This is gonna be a right ball ache finding the correct ones.

My motorfactor deals with Borg & Becker and XL parts catalogue. There are so many MK2 1.6 Cav variants it's not very straight forward.

What is the actual spec of the correct items? Obviously one side needs to have 22 splines, how many teeth must there be on the gearbox side of the shaft. Maybe that way I can eliminate CV's using the spline count.

Big block side is 34 iirc, so the outer part is 34, the inner where the shaft goes is 22

most motorfactors have books with the spline numbers listed when i wanted mine i just looked through the book found a joint with the correct number of splines (cav mk2 diesel and 1.6 big block i think they were) and said i will have 2 of them please lol

just got 2 for £60 up here.

Shaftec don't do new joints anymore but they still do re-furbed ones and yeah the part number is pj16

I had some on order that were £25 each from my local motor factors who had no problems getting them.Due to being supplied with wrong shafts i cancelled the order.

no iirc 1.2 etc shafts are 20, late gsi ones are 28

Nope all Novas are 28 spline outers and inners,except for Gte and some early Gsi which are still 28 outer but 22 inner splines.

I purchased the AMK Inner CV's from Parkers, part number - TDL3051R.
They wanted £58 including VAT per CV with also a charge of £7 per CV unless you brought your old one's back.
