xe ecu codes

please help can get my xe nova running right at high speeds shes fine at low speeds she coughs n splutters iv just flashed the ecu and codes are 16,19,66 i know what sensors they are do they need replacing?

Code is knock sensor no change in voltage if im right? do a continuaty test on pin 11 from the ecu to the brown/white at the knock sensor plug as i had the same code and i replaced the sensor 3 times before i found out that i had a broken wire in the loom between pin 11 and the knock sensor plug.

Also have you reset the ecu before if not the others could be old codes that were stored before.
