hy at the mo my nova gsi has m tec chip. cone filter. 4 brunch manfold and full exhaust. if i heat rap exhaust manfold and fit fse boost valve, will it make it much better pete

errr no.

The FSE will just screw with the fuelling (badly) and if you arent getting mroe air in it will just lose you power.

Heat wrapping the exhaust will just keep the bay cooler, which is nice but wont gain you any noticeable power.
