Carbon fibre VIN plate

While browsing a project thread 2 weeks ago I saw someone who made their own carbon fibre VIN plate.

Problem is I can't find the thread no more so has anyone got pics or links to similar thing?

Also, what info does the plate need to display other than the VIN number?
