View Full Version : adjusting a plate diff
anyone know how to adjust a plate diff? mine is set to 90% and is ****in lethal, any bit of throttle coming off a corner it locks both and pulls the wheel outa my hand! great for dragging but doind a few track days this year. its a gripper, how do i adjust it? anyone know
you send it off/take it to a diff builder.
tbh it sounds like its behaving like an ATB... plates are 'always there' and shouldnt snatch like that
even turning in the yard its chopping. and its definatly locking the two, diff builder-ireland....nah
not even gaulty? he must know someone atleast...
so its definately a plate, the pinging and scrabbling at low speed is ace :d
its a hh-ms / gripper heres a pic.

I dont believe for one moment that in alllllllll of the ROI given the love for rallying there, there isnt a plate diff specialist.
either a jolly to the sarf or cross the water chap
oh im sure ill find one. it would prob be cheaper to send it back to hh-ms tho. stuff like that is so expensive here.
