c20xe clutch cable

ive got my engine in and everything ready to go but ive forgotten to bend the lug that accepts the clutch cable , is there a way of getting round this without having to take the engine out? cheers

Take the inlet manifold off?

Or remove the steering column, and get it from the back?

went for the manifold option. worked just fine, cheers mate, i think im going to nip the end off the lug at an angle, should help the matter.
