fuel pump

ive mounted a fuel pump in the boot next to the alloy tank, whats the best way of wiring it up? Can i use the wires going to the original tank? if so what wire goes to what on my pump? cheers

anyone? i think i need to run it on its own fuse and a have a button to turn on ?

What engine/ecu have you got?

c20xe, early type going into 1.2 mk1

Just wire the pump up same as the standard one.
One side to earth, other side to the ecu fuel pump wire (red/blue)

will the standard one not be run according to the old nova ecu? or does just turn on/off with ignition? cheers
