SR rev counter not working properly???

I have just fitted a set of mk2 sr clocks to my nova. It used to be a 1.0 Life but has been fitted with a 1.4 lump. When ticking over the rev counter barely moves but does lift a bit when you rev it.

Any ideas?

poor connection on the coil?

Its a green wire, trace it back to the dash. The clocks themselves maybe at fault, try another set maybe??

Yea i think it's the clocks, I ran a wire straight from the coil to the clocks and it made no difference :(

Damn it! Can it be replaced?

It's ok, just got a new set of clocks, and they are working fine. Going to get a refund for the other set now

Yea you can repace the hole rev counter from another set of nova clocks if you wanted
