I have damaged the elbow that joins pid stict on the rocker cover on my c20xe is there a way of changing it and how? I have tried to screw it off but no luck.

The elbow on the front that joins the sump breather pipe? It just pulls out IIRC.

Thats the one, how did you pull it out? Did it take a great force?

Ive never done one myself mate but ive heard that they just pull out and i think my mate changed one once and he said he pulled it out he said it took a bit of force mind but be gentle as its only alloy and could crack easy.
