as i intend to keep my nova as an ongoing project i intend to spray it in matt black, whats your thojghts on this choice of colour

It's dull.you can't polish/buff it big no no IMO

i like it when done proper and not with a load of halfrauds cans
dull boring and unimpressive, just my opinion.
Good enough for the new ford focus rs500
There was another thread about this, IMO it looks ok on the right car (i.e. a fast one) and when done properly (i.e. by a pro)

Don't like matt black on any car tbh, looks unfinished to me. What Nova have you got? Your from round my way.
matt black is a bit 2008, why not try a matt red, like all the corsas that don't get t cutted

believe the p.c term is chalkboard nowadays
well my opinion is that is a on goin project then its a good idea easy to touch up

Matt black looks cool, but needs go to match.
I have a satin black nova, chose satin cause I was told it was easier to paint.
As per jacks post, there's a brand spanking s4 in the audi dealers over the road from us at work, also matt black
