Has anyone got pictures of Mk1 foglight brackets ?

ie to mount cibie oscar type lights above front bumper so they sit in front of the grille??

Just looking for some inspiration in order to create some!! Cant work out best place to mount them - bumper iron looks a good bet.

Or alternatively if anyone has any for sale . . . .

back in the olden days (80's) i had a set of hella comets, and I bent some strips of flat & bolted them to the the bumper iron. as I didn't want to drill holes everywhere

Look in Demon Tweeks motorsport catalogue. they list brackets for Mk1 base models, then different ones for the SR/GTE models. I think they are around £35 for the pair

i think hes after proper spots possibly for road rallying or just down lanes at night. The Hella foglight grilles are rancid lol

yes he was

I am using the foglights for road rallying though and already have 2 cibie oscars and 2 lucas 20/20's which are more powerful than the lights in the grille.

Cheers for the thought though:thumb:
