The alloy door cards came from a steel shop in Leeds for £20 just needed a hole for the winder and door handle. They look a bit rough up close but so does the rest of the car. The de tar was a basterd job and took a week but the wieght saving is about 20kg in total. I refurbed some 6j Astra SRI wheels and painted them Audi blue metallic. Toyo 888 rr compound tyres to finish off.

The heater matrix has now been removed. It was heavy and i dont have a issue with steaming up the windows. Ive capped off the pipes and run with the window open to cool the cabin. Next job will be to fit pop out round vents in the rear side windows to improve air flow so i can shut the window all the time.

Looking at the red top swap at the end of the season. Putting some extra bars in the cage and uprating the the floor plates for the cage in the summer. Just started cutting the trailer up and replacing some heavy steel bits for plastic. Now looking a lot more tidy than the rusty pile of crap that was sat on the drive.
